Gary joined Qualitor as CEO in May 2015. Previously he was President and Global CEO of Timex Group where he rejuvenated brand Timex, developed new corporate leadership, and significantly expanded market share and revenue. Prior to Timex, Mr. Cohen was Global General Manager/Vice President of Playtex and led the integration of Playtex into Energizer’s Personal Care Division.
Over the course of his 32-year career, Mr. Cohen has held a series of senior management and global marketing positions with other top consumer products and companies, such as Proctor & Gamble and Gillette. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University and an M.B. A. in marketing from The J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
President Pylon Manufacturing
Bart joined Pylon as its President in August 2016. Bart has significant experience developing and implementing effective strategies to drive margin, profit, and revenue increases across the housewares, hardware, personal care and automotive markets.
Prior to joining Pylon, Bart held senior leadership positions at leaving Consumer Durables companies such as Black and Decker, Newell Rubbermaid, and Jarden. He most recently was GM New Business Development for the Chamberlain Group, a leading manufacturer and marketer of garage door openers and gate accessory systems .He also served as President of Remington Industries, an automotive accessories company that had licenses with Rubbermaid, Michelin and Stanley. Bart received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from University of Central Florida.
President International Brake Industries
Paul joined IBI as its President in July 2017. Paul Johnson is an experienced global business
executive with full P&L management responsibility and extensive experience in the highly
competitive automotive aftermarket with a background in engineering, finance, business
development and sales leadership.
Before joining IBI, Paul served as president of NTN Bearing Corporation of America. Prior to that, he held domestic and overseas leadership roles at both Federal Mogul and General Motors. Paul was previously an AASA board member and now serves on the board of the Automotive Sales Council. He is also a member of the AWDA Manufacturers Advisory Council. Paul holds a B.S. in Engineering from Purdue University and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
Chief Financial Officer
Teresa joined Qualitor as CFO of International Brake and Qualitor Corporate Controller in July 2013. Her previous experience was with Accubuilt, Inc., a private equity owned Manufacturer of Specialty Funeral Vehicles. Teresa has over 20 years experience in Finance & Human Resources with private equity owned and public held companies.
Teresa’s earlier career included time with Greater Ohio Ethanol, Nash Finch Company, Midwest Express & Logistics and AccuSport Inc. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Human Resources from Urbana University and an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from the Business School at The University of Findlay.
Chief Supply Chain Officer
Join joined Qualitor as CSP in September of 2016 and brings with him more than 20 years of leadership and supply chain experience across a number of industries. Most recently, Jon served as Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Operations for World Kitchen, LLC, a global housewares company. While there, Jon directed the transformation of World Kitchen’s North American distribution network and the consolidation of its global supply chain functions.
Prior, Jon was with Weyerhaeuser, the world’s premier timber, land, and forest products company, where he held a number of field and corporate positions spanning much of the Supply Chain. Jon received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Economics from the University of Kentucky, and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Washington. He is Green Belt certified in both Lean and Six Sigma.
